As a specialized BIM partner, we managed the technical production and digital delivery for this mid-rise residential development. Our team transitioned design schematics into a high-fidelity LOD 350 Revit model, ensuring strict adherence to the project’s BIM Execution Plan and metadata standards. We developed intelligent parametric Revit families for the building envelope, including high-performance facade systems and complex balcony modules, while executing automated interference checks between architectural and structural elements to minimize RFI cycles. By populating model elements with shared parameters to facilitate automated scheduling and precise quantity take-offs, we provided a single source of truth that allowed the lead architects to focus on design evolution while we secured the project’s model integrity and documentation accuracy.
