We Are
ArcPlan Scale is a specialized BIM services company focused on MEP coordination and point cloud to BIM conversion.
We work with architecture firms, MEP consultants, and general contractors across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Middle East. We are not a generalist BIM shop that takes on everything. We do one thing and we do it well: turning complex point clouds and design intent into coordinated, construction-ready models that hold up in the field, not just on screen.
Our team is made up of licensed architects, engineers, and BIM specialists with decades of combined experience across some of the most demanding project types in the industry. Commercial towers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, mixed-use developments. Projects where getting the coordination wrong is not an option. That is the environment our team was built in, and it is the standard we bring to every engagement.
Every project at ArcPlan Scale is reviewed by a licensed professional before it leaves our team. That is not a quality check bolted on at the end. It is built into how we work from day one. It means that when a model is delivered under our name, a registered architect or engineer has looked at it, understood it, and stood behind it.
