As a specialized BIM partner, we managed the technical production and digital delivery for this three-level residence. Our team transitioned design schematics into a high-fidelity LOD 350 Revit model, ensuring strict adherence to the project’s BIM Execution Plan and metadata standards. We developed intelligent parametric Revit families to capture the specific geometric volumes, integrated planter systems, and complex material assemblies while executing automated interference checks between architectural and structural elements. By populating model elements with shared parameters to facilitate automated scheduling and precise quantity take-offs, we provided a single source of truth that allowed the lead architects to focus on design evolution while we secured the project’s model integrity and documentation accuracy throughout the design development and construction phases.
