Administrative Block & Ancillary Building

As a specialized production partner, we managed the comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) BIM coordination and technical delivery for this administrative block and its supporting ancillary building. Our team transitioned complex engineering schematics into high-precision, construction-ready documentation, ensuring seamless spatial integration across all building services. We developed a robust drawing package that included high-fidelity HVAC ducting layouts for the administrative zones and a specialized Fire Pump Room for the ancillary building, complete with diesel tank integration and high-pressure suppression networks. By managing intricate cross-disciplinary coordination—from chilled water (CHW) piping and insulation schedules to complex drainage isometrics and fire hose reel (FHR) connections—we provided a "zero-clash" environment. Through high-accuracy 3D modeling and detailed sectional analysis, we ensured the project met all technical and regulatory requirements for site installation, allowing the lead consultants to maintain design integrity while we secured the documentation’s precision and delivery timeline.
